Precision makes perfect with the Dicing Kit from Breville. This kit includes 8mm and 16mm blades with cleaning caps, as well as a convenient storage container for both. Use these blades are compatible with the Sous Chef 16 Peel & Dice (BFP820BAL) and the Peel & Dice Accessory kit (BFP006). Use the 16mm blade for dicing larger cuts for fruit salads and the 8mm blade for dicing smaller cuts for tomato salsas. With the help of the Dicing Kit, precise cuts lead to even and consistent tastes and textures, making every dish more delicious.

- Kit is designed for use with the Breville Sous Chef 16 Peel & Dice and the Breville Sous Chef 16 Pro food processors
- Blades and discs are razor sharp, do not touch. Always use the cleaning cap, spatula or brush to remove food or when cleaning blades. Blades and discs can be washed in the dishwasher. Once the remaining food is cleared out into the bowl, carefully take the dicing grid to the sink and wash it with the cleaning brush provided with your food processor.
