I wanted to make something that would help people find peace in their everyday lives. That's why I teach yoga, that's why I create meditation videos, that's why I write inspirational blog posts.
At Mini Meditation, we believe having a simple stress-free life should be the norm, not the exception. In order to help you accomplish this, we provide ways to make frequent, small meditations a daily practice.
Our shampoo bars help you do just that. Every morning or evening when you shower, take the opportunity to breathe in three deep breaths and enjoy the rich essential oils in each bar.
