General Rules
1. A player may throw up to three darts in each round. A throw of all three darts may not be required in some circumstances.
2. After the player finishes his / her throw, player must press the change button and return to the area behind the throw line (This is defined as "Player-Change")
3. Waiting player must stay at least minimum of 1 meter away from the throwing player.
