The back of the pouch is 100% covered with hook Velcro, and this pouch can be attached to the Velcro on your notebook cover, uniform, or other tactical gear. Easily stores your passport, and has an extra credit card slot which can be used to store business cards, other identification, or credit cards. A large Velcro patch on the front 2.25" x 4" is an awesome spot to place a blood-type patch or nametape.
