How to assemble:
★Inflate the balloons by carefully placing a straw or nozzle in the opening, fill with air/helium, press valve flat to seal.
★Open the tassel packaging. The tassels are layered on top of one another. Separate and follow the included step-by-step photo instructions to assemble the tassels.
★Attach the balloon & tassels to the wall, descending from the balloon(s), or to the back of the balloon(s), as desired.
