2.Visit the website to download the software (SeePc) for your windows PC, open it, click the "Settings", choose the "USB2.0 PC CAMERA" in"Device", then you could use it.

Q: How to download the software for Mac (OS system)

A: Actually, you don't download anything for Mac, just find the "User Guide [PDF]" in the Product information of product, three steps:1.Connect the product to your iMac; 2.Open the Photo Booth; 3.Put the endoscope shot manual debugging picture, then you could use this device

Q: How to get clear images? A: 1.Hold the camera stable for focusing on the target; 2.Adjust the camera to find the proper distance to get the better image; 3.Adjust the lightness when you couldn't see clearly, too dark or bright will affect the image quality

Q: Other notes! A: 1.DO NOT let children use it alone!  2.Be careful don't put it into your ear too deep from hurting your eardrum! 3.Clean it with alcohol will be better (Recommand), also you could just wash by water.
