Instructions:
1)Ensure that your chest and neck is clean and dried, free from any oils.
2)Remove the pads from the box and peel off the protective plastic lining.
3)Place the adhesive side of the pads centered on your neck and face. Press firmly from the middle to the edges until pads are secure.
4)Wear pads for several hours at time. Recommended while you sleep to minimize excess oil production. Do not exceed 9 hour use.
