Small: 7" x 8" to use for cut avocados, cucumbers, onions, lemons or even nuts and other small snacks.
Medium: 10" x 11" to use for half a sandwich, small to medium bowls, cheese, baked goods etc.
Large: 12" x 14" to use for a full sandwich, larger bowls, pies, cakes, or large melons.
