Q: What's the best tempreture for flat iron or curled iron?
We recommend 160-180 Celsius degree or 320-360 Fahrenheit degree, or the hair will be damaged if the tempreture is too high. Heat protection products are needed when using high tempreture iron.
How to tell synthetic hair and human hair?
You can cut a few strand to do a buring test. Virgin human hair smells like a burnt fragrance, human hair burns out very quick, easily to turn to ashes; synthetic hair smells like buring plastic, there is a small flame, and feels viscous when buring.
Why does the hair shed or tangle?
New hair will have a few strands initial shedding which is normal. Excessive sheedding&tangle may come from: poor weft construction; Weft cutting; dry hair
