What's bamboo vinegar?
Bamboo vinegar, known as chikusaku in Japan, is a liquid that forms when making bamboo charcoal. It's believed to have many health benefits, such as improving blood circulation, and eliminating foot odors. We created our premium foot pads by combining bamboo vinegar with other powerful natural ingredients such as Chitin/Chitosan, Tourmaline and Vitamin C to deliver superior benefits compared to other brands.
Why apply foot pads on the soles of your feet?
The soles of your feet connect to major organs and systems of your body. It's also where many of the nerves of your body end. Stimulate these reflex points on the bottom of the feet promotes health in the corresponding organs and systems through energetic pathways. Foot pads cause your skin to perspire and then draw out and capture circulating impurities from the bottom of your feet.
HOW TO USE:
- Clean bottom of feet
- Peel film from foot pad
- Place foot pad on the soles of your feet and ensure the adhesive is secure
- For best results leave foot pads on for 6-8 hours, ideally when you're asleep and wear socks to better secure them in place
- Remove foot pads next morning and clean up any residue with a wet towel. The color of foot pads may turn black.
- Use continuously for 10 days
