In September of 2018 here at EVERIE we finally launched the 3rd sous vide rack after years of study and research on how thousands of chefs and home cooks suffer from the floating ingredients while doing sous vide cooking.
We have already invented one most economic version which is made of plastic entirely, being FDA approved and BPA free, and one most popular version which is a basic plastic sous vide base with 5 plastic dividers and additional 2 stainless steel weights.
Now this is the third version of sous vide rack we invented and manufactured --- an entire stainless steel sous vide weight rack.
How is it better than other stainless steel sous vide racks?
Because of the way how the dividers are mounted to the base.
The Rack03-SS was invented with a flat stainless steel base including 13 pairs of slots where the 7 dividers can be inserted into and clipped to mount stably. A regular stainless steel rack does this by wobbly inserting the dividers so it feels loose and floppy to clip and as a result the light ingredients such as veggies would probably float and swim by the water flow.
But Rack03-SS dividers should be inserted firstly and then pushed to tightly mount to the base.
It is compatible with most sous vide pots that diameter is bigger than 11'' and containers that are 12 Quart square containers or bigger ones.
