Kit includes: durable plastic case, 1.5" steel hasp, 1" steel hasp, 2 clamp-on style breaker lockouts, 2 universal multi-pole breaker lockouts, 5 do not operate tags, 5 cable ties, 2 keyed different lockout padlocks, small plug lockout and lockout training booklet. Small plug lockout fits up to a 1/2" diameter cord and 2"W x 3L" long plug and accommodates up to 3 padlocks.
