WEARING STEPS:
Step-1: Wash breasts and fingers, then wipe the water. Clean up all oil, dirt even sweat on body.
Step-2: Put the nipple cover onto the nipple softly, making the outer edge of which be stuck to the skin.

PLEASE NOTE:
After each use, simply hand wash the silicone pasties with warm water, mild soap and naturally air dry.
We recommend first-time-use be limited to 4 hours to ensure no adverse reactions. If you experience any signs of irritation, rash, or discomfort, you should remove these nipple covers immediately.
Do not wear more than 8 hours for each application.
