Brick Transformations takes away the guesswork with paint and water mixture ratios. Transform your fireplace or brick accent into the centerpiece it was meant to be in a single morning or afternoon. Brick coverage may be adjusted by mixing various ratios of water to paint and omitting the wiping rag step. We recommend the Following applications: less coverage: 1: 1 ratio of water to paint with wiping rag more coverage: 1: 2 ratio of water to paint with wiping rag TOTAL coverage: 1: 2 ratio of water to paint no wiping rag **note: Brick Transformations is designed specifically for brick and should not be used over ceramic glazed or coated masonry. The paint is water-based and coated surfaces will not allow for absorption. **While Brick Transformations is designed for interior applications in mind, our densely pigmented formula will have good performance on exterior brick. Applications with a lower dilution percentage (using less water) will have better long-term performance in exterior settings. Giani does not make any as to the performance of Brick Transformations on exterior brick, and exterior applications are not covered by our limited , as sun and rain exposure varies for each customer. As Brick Transformations is a penetrating stain, it may fade over time, however, this can be easily renewed with another application.
