1: Create a mirror image of your design and cut it on the back side of the heat transfer vinyl sheet.(Note: Please tear off the milky white protective film first.If it's difficult to tell which side is the back side for the black and white sheets.pick at a corner to separate the clear adhesive film from the vinyl layer just at the tip. The back side is the vinyl layer side.)
2:Weed the surplus material from the sheet so that the final design shows on the clear adhesive film.
3:Place the sheet, clear adhesive film side up, on the receiving garment, ensuring the garment has no wrinkles in the area where the sheet is placed.
4:Use a heat press machine or an iron set at 302F - 320F (150C - 160C) and iron for 8-10 secs.
5:Then wait for 10-20 secs after ironing and then peel off the transparent adhesive film from the clothes.
