We fully guarantee all of our products! We are happy to resend or refund your purchase if you have any problems. If the temperatures in your area are above 85° F or below 55° F, please request the shipment be held at the post office in order to be eligible for our guarantee. By selecting this option, you will be required to pick up your hornworms at the post office the day they are delivered. If the temperatures are out of this range, and you did not select to hold your package for pickup, the warranty is void. We ask that you contact us within 4 hours of delivery with images of the shipment if you have any problems you would like us to fix. If you ever have any concerns or questions about your delivery, please contact us and we will be sure to fix it as soon as possible!

Hornworm Care:
The Hornworms you will receive are in the earlier larval stages of their lives. Our packaging includes enough food to sustain the hornworms for up to a week. There is not enough food provided to get every worm to full size. If you would like to raise the hornworms to full size, we sell additional food! In order to care for your hornworm pod, it is important to keep the enclosure lid side down on a ventilated surface that maintains a temperature between 70° F and 85° F for best results. It is important to check in on the worms on a daily basis.
