*Tattoos must be under UV Blacklight for them to glow in the dark

*5 vivid colors on the tattoos: Black, Pink, Green, Blue, & Yellow Instructions:

1) Fold and tear along perforation lines to separate your desired tattoo
2) Remove the plastic protective film and place printed side down on your skin
3) Hold down with a wet cloth for 30 seconds or until the tattoo is transferred on your skin
4) Slowly peel off the paper and allow to dry
5) The tattoos will glow under UV blacklight
