Mightify Beer Can Chicken Roaster Rack (Chicken Rack);

iDepot Beer Can Chicken Roaster Rack is perfect to cook a moist and tender chicken via your favorite canned beverage such as beer or soda. It could be used in variety of cooking appliance:gas grill,charcoal grill,electric grill,smoker and oven etc.. The large circular wire base keeps the chicken upright for roasting. It is also dishwasher safe and easy to clean.

Instructions:

â–º Place an open can of beer or favorite beverage into the center circle of the rack.

â–º Place chicken over the can and rack.

â–º Cook the chicken using indirect cooking method.

â–º Always use a meat thermometer to check for doneness.

Charcoal Grills / Smokers:

â–º Arrange coals so that juices from chicken do not drip into coals.

â–º Place a foil drip pan under chicken and place coals around drip pan.
â–º Make sure drip pan is large enough to cover the area below chicken. For safety, use long-handled tongs.

Gas or Electric Grills / Smokers:

â–º Units with two or more burners: Turn one burner off after preheating. Place chicken over the unlit burner.

â–º Units with one burner: Set burner to lowest setting available.
CAUTION:
Use gloves or oven mitts when handling this product. Chicken, rack, beer or soda can be extremely HOT!

Please wash by hands with warm soapy water if the grease is very stubborn.
