Trouble shooting
We suggest you look for a professional to install the screen and test it before installing.
Q: I replaced the screen but it can't turn on.
A: Reset the phone by pressing both Power and Home Button together for at least 15 secs.

Q: The touch is not working properly.
A: Power off your phone, clean the connector on the mainboard, reconnect all the cables, a hard reset of your phone, power on.

Q: There are colorful lines going down the screen.
