Why only 1 ear produces sound at a time, not both?
Because of two bluetooth earbuds were not paired,
1, Keep a long press until you turn off the earbuds
2, Two earbuds are put back to the charge bin for 5 seconds
3, Take it out and hold the button at the same time until the red light is on
4, Double click the button to turn into a purple light ( double click the button at the same time is very important).
5, Purple light proves pairing success
6, Turn off the Bluetooth device before pairing, wait for pairing to open the Bluetooth device successfully.
How to know if is full charger?
Be sure to charge the earbuds for 1-2 hours before using for the first time
You can see the charging condition clearly through the translucent cover.
During charging via the charging box, there is led scale power display around the sling,
cool lighting effects will indicate how much battery capacity
