**PLEASE USE HIGH QUALITY HELIUM TO FILL YOUR CONFETTI BALLOONS** Our recommendation in filling confetti balloons use 100 % helium. That means you should inflate your balloon most of the way full with helium till the max 18 inches. Cheaper, low grade helium does not have enough power to keep the balloons floating for more than a couple of hours.
Additionally, a TINY bit of regular water can be added to the balloon when you are blowing it up. This will also encourage the confetti to stick; however there may be some streaking on the inside of the balloon. Having a little water in your balloon will enable the confetti to hold static and it will stick to the sides much more easily!
