All Hawk Bjj gis' are preshrunk, but the jacket and pants may still shrink. We recommend cold wash and hang dry, by this method your bjj gi will only shrink about 3cm to 4cm.
If your height and weight falls in between different sizes, we strongly recommend to choose the larger of the two sizes.
