- Telescoping Steel Pole and Sand Anchor: The 1.1 inch diameter telescoping steel pole allows you to adjust the pole to any height and is powder coated for rust resistance in a white finish. The pole has a built-in sand anchor at the bottom of the pole with a convenient handle in middle of the pole to help you twist the umbrella into the sand.
