Compatibility
The digital weight scale only supports smartphones with iOS 8.0 / Android 4.3 or higher version.
ZOETOUCH App can sync data with Apple Health, Fitbit and Google Fit.

Note for using the Scale & App:
1.Place the scale on flat and hard surface for best accuracy.
2.Step on the scale with bare feet, do not wear socks or shoes.
3.Calibrate the scale by stepping on it and stepping off once the LCD display turns on.
4.Please re-calibrate the weight scale first if you have moved it or changed the batteries.
5.Follow the prompt on the App page to get Bluetooth paired instead of pairing the scale on your Bluetooth search list.
6.For users with Android 6.0 or higher version, please allow the App to get your location permission.

1. How to sync with Fitbit App?
ZOETOUCH App -- Settings -- Fitbit -- Log in to authorize -- check your data on Google Fit after taking another measurement

2. No data sync to your Apple Health?
You might not have allowed the App to sync with your Health when you first download it. Please uninstall the App and download it again to allow it to sync all data to Health.

3. How to sync with Google Fit?
ZOETOUCH App -- Settings -- Google Fit -- Turn on to sync -- check your data on Google Fit after taking another measurement
