How to Use?
1. Put a petroleum jelly on the under eye and cover the lower lash with a plastic shield
2. Apply an eyelash adhesive on the eyelid and put the silicone pads on the eyelid
3. Apply an eyelash adhesive on the lash perming rods; pull the eyelash back to stick on it, wait for eyelash adhesive to dry
4. Apply eyelash perm solution and cover with a thin plastic, wait for 20 minutes for the perming solution to take effect
5. Apply a colorless tint to keep the lashes shiny
6. Romove the plastic shield, glue and shield pad using the nourishing lotion
7. Comb the eyelashes
