Three Lighting Modes:
1.Light sensor + PIR-based motion detector mode (100% brightness): The light automatically lights up with 100% brightness in dark environment when movement is detected. And automatically turns off if there is no movement detected for 30 seconds.
2.Light sensor mode (30% brightness): Automatically lights up with 30% brightness in the dark.
3.Light sensor + PIR-based motion detector mode (100% brightness for 30s, then reduced to 3% brightness): In this mode the lamp automatically lights up with 100% brightness in dark environment when movement is detected. After 30 seconds without movement the light keeps shining but with lower brightness (3% brightness) until the motion sensor detects another movement.

In winter, the solar light is not able to be fully charged for the lack of light. So it's normal if the solar light is not bright enough and illumination time is short.
