Recipe Ingredients:
1 package Nana's Apple Cake Mix
½ cup butter, melted
â…“ cup Creamy Caramel Sauce
1 large egg
½ cup dark chocolate chips
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine Nana's Apple Cake Mix, butter, Creamy Caramel Sauce and egg. Mix until well combined and dough is formed. Form into ¾-inch balls. Refrigerate 2 hours.
2. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place 4-6 dough balls on a large greased baking sheet (dough will spread to a very thin cookie as it bakes). Bake 14-15 minutes.
3. Top each cookie with 4 chocolate chips immediately upon removing from oven. Let stand 1 minute. Spread chocolate over cookie.
4. Let cool on pan 2-3 minutes. Remove to cooling rack; cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
Makes 30 cookies.
