Trouble Shooting: Why can't I set the clock manually?
Answer: Before you set the timezone (or the main time, date, etc.), 1 make sure the [ RECEIVE ON/OFF] slider is ON. 2 make sure the [ AL1/LOCK/AL2] slider is on "LOCK" position. 3. press [ RCC] button to stop the clock from searching for radio controlled time signals.
