1. Secure wrist strap with the band attachment located on the palm side.
2. Select finger bands most comfortable. Insert into the bigger hole and then life up to the smaller hole until bands are securely anchored.
3. Place fingertips into each finger band ring.
4. You can do it repeatedly wihle slowly folding in and out.
