Pull the end cap out & untie the cord from the end cap 6. Use tubing cutter to cut X length off the tube and slide it off the end of the elastic cord 7. Measure X length from the end of the cord and cut it 8. Tie the cord back onto the end cap 9. Unclamp the cord and that's it
