How to use?
Clean and dry your feet thoroughly
Apply the pads with the adhesive to your feet one hour before your bedtime. Make sure to use only one pad on each foot per night.
Apply the pads to your foots arches first.
Keep the pads in place for approximately 6 to 8hours or until they become discoloured.
Peel the footpads and thoroughly wash your hands and legs.
