Our sports vest is designed to keep you cool during and after strenuous
physical activity. The vest features dual side elastic straps and
over-the-shoulder adjustability for a secure fit on a wide range of body
sizes. Each vest includes a set of eight cooling packs that maintain a cool
- but not cold - temperature of 59° F for up to 2½ hours. The packs are
powered by PureTemp, a biobased phase change material that carries the USDA
Certified BioPreferred label. In lab tests, the cooling material has shown
consistent, repeatable performance over thousands of melting-solidification
cycles. In short: It never stops working.
SIZING: The Sports Vest comes in one size designed to fit most adults.
It weighs just under 5 pounds, including cooling packs, and will fit
chest sizes between 29 inches and 52 inches. Extender strap sets, sold
separately, are available for larger adults.
The Glacier Tek Children's Cool Vest, also available on Amazon, weighs less
than 3 pounds, including cooling packs. It is designed for children who
weigh between 30 and 90 pounds.
