How to wear
1. Straighten the back and put on the correction brace. Adjust the strap to the correct position.
2. Start with 15-30 minutes for the first 5 days while your body starts to adjust to the proper posture, then progressively increase the wearing time of posture support shoulder brace by 20-30 minutes.
3. Don't pull the straps too tight - it may cause bad blood circulation. Leave a finger's room between your skin and the brace to avoid irritation or discomfort.
