How to install?:
First nsert the screw through the washer, through the license plate holder, through the license plate and secure to vehicle. Then, after peeling off one side of the 3M adhesive disc insert it, sticky side down, into the cap making sure to seat it fully into the cap. Then peel off the remaining cover of the disc and press the cap over the washer. Press down firmly, VERY firmly, and evenly. You will hear it click into place.
