Machine quilters love the 80% cotton and 20% polyester blend because machine needles glide through it with ease, and it€s light and airy creating a beautiful drape. The cotton helps create that favored flat traditional look making it the ideal batting for light-weight, year round quilts and throws. The added polyester helps to reduce shrinkage and wrinkles also making it great for clothing and wall hangings. Lightly misted with a polyester bonding with no scrim. Low loft around 1/8€ with a quilting distance of 2" - 4", no need for pre-soaking. The 90" x 108" Queen Size is the ideal size for queen beds, duvets and comforters.
