How To Use：
1.Inflating steps
â‘ .Place the device on your shoulders in front of a mirror. Adjust the tightness based on your neck size and fasten the velcro in the front.
â‘¡.Roll the blue air control valve (along with the pipe) to the top, make sure there is no blockage with the inflation system.
â‘¢.Tighten the nut on the top of the inflatable ball in case there is gas leakage during the inflation.

⑤．Roll the blue air control valve to the bottom.Stop the air getting into the inflation system.

2.Deflating steps
â‘ .Roll the blue air control valve to the top,unscrew the nut of the inflatable ball and slightly press the device till the air inside is all gone.
