Generally, our brace fits most of knee sizes, It can wear either over or under clothes, but different people have different leg construction, different people have different physique ,when the brace always slip down or you have sensitive skin, please wear it over clothes and tie the straps tightly, for your safety and health , don't touch skin derectly avoiding slipping down.
