Attach the bottom side with the automotive grade adhesive to almost any flat surface for a tight grip, then attach the suction cup base of a Scosche car mount for cell phone or other mobile devices to the top of the universal adhesive disc for a strong hold. This is best used on surfaces that will not allow the car phone mount's suction cup to get a solid grip.
