We are a small, single source, family run, premium beef producer located north of Holdrege, Nebraska
Our beef is raised, aged, and butchered the traditional way, each steak is hand cut and trimmed – one at a time
Our focus is simple and narrow: Produce the absolute highest quality humanely raised, antibiotic free, hormone free beef available
Nebraska Star Beef's Grill Master Variety Pack contains six 6 oz premium Angus Top Sirloins which is one of the leaner cuts of steak and when aged properly, it is tender, juicy, and unbelievably flavorful steak.
And includes four 8 oz premium Angus NY Strips aka KC Strip which is a legendary steak and there’s a good reason for that. It is simply hard to match the combination of texture and tenderness and flavor this cut delivers every time it hits a plate.
The pack also contains two 10 oz premium Angus Ribeyes which is our petite cut Ribeye if there is such a thing. This is enough steak for a man sized appetite. This cut is designed for the grill but they can be cooked to perfection in the oven as well.
Hand Cut and Trimmed
Our steaks are hand cut and trimmed by old fashion butchers in small-town Nebraska. Aged 35 days minimum to make sure every steak is tender and full of flavor.
Signature Seasoning
We round the package out with a 5 oz bottle of our Signature Seasoning.
The seasoning that started it all for Nebraska Star Beef. This is a classic steak house flavor that is bright and vibrant. It adds a new dimension to all meats but is particularly good on steak.
