VAC-VIDA VS301 is powered by a ¼ horsepower oil pump which allows for continuous use and is also significantly quieter than a dry pump.
This Vacuum Chamber machine also allows for the packing of liquids, moist foods, meats etc. Perfect for the serious home cook, restaurant, hunter or fisherman.
The Vacuum Chamber opens up a whole new cooking opportunity such as compressed foods or cocktail infusions.
Chamber Sealer allows you to use cheaper chamber pouches which means you can save over $100 annually in bags on average.
The VS301 accepts chamber pouches up to 10†W x 13†L.
