Instructions:

How to use:
1. Gently shake before use. Clean your face with water and remove any traces of makeup, especially from eyes.
2. Apply eyeliner at the base of lashes in a fine or bold line. Never apply eyeliner inside the lash line.
3. Keep cap tightly closed to prevent formula from drying out.
4. Wipe off brush on clean tissue if product does not dispense immediately.

1. Rub a very small amount on the inside of your elbow area to test for any allergic reaction before use.
