This is a great quality genuine brown leather fixed blade knife sheath. These are made in Mexico, where Buck and other quality sheaths are made. This one will fit a knife with a blade up to about 5" to 6" with a small guard, or no guard. It is 8 1/4" long overall, with top opening of 1 3/4" which tapers down to 1 1/2" wide about 1" into the sheath. Nice fit for a Loveless style knife, an ESEE model or perhaps a Buck 102 or 113 style sheath knife not included
