Q1: Does heat go into fingertips as well as palm?
It heats the Palm, back side of the hand and partial finger.
Q2: Gloves only heats for about 30 minutes then went off when i first use it.
Most of batteries won't come in fully charged status so that's why you need to recharge them for at least 12 hours when you receive it.
Q3: When i connected the batteries, switch button flickering in three color but gloves didn't heat up. T
hree color flicker means the batteries are ready to go, the correct way to active the gloves is to HOLD the button for 2-3 sec until the lights on.
Q4: Sizes? How do you order correct size?How do you measure palm?
We have kinds of size for all of you to choose,L and XL,the L size fits for the palm size between 7.5-9.5inches,the XL size gloves fit for palm aize between 9-11inches.measure circumference of hand at or just below the four knuckles.

Q6: Can i machine wash the gloves?
We do not recommend you use machine wash, machine wash will damage the inside heated element. Spot clean gloves by hand using only mild detergent.
