In 2017, we formed a focus group with breastfeeding mums to study and discuss the experience of using silicone breast pumps. One of the most common feedback is that the existing cover lids and pump base stand in the market are not effective in preventing breastmilk spillage from pumps. Hence, we have brainstormed and designed a lightweight, portable and easy to use sillicone stopper to prevent leakage/spillage from pump.
The stopper consists of a patent pending design and scallop hem edges that that ensure precise fitting into the silicone pumps. The stopper is delicately designed to work with existing cover lids to provide an all-rounded protection and to prevent breastmilk spillage.
