Please check whether the mount is suitable for your TV:
First, please check your wall for wood studs (max. stud distance 24" apart), it can also be used on concrete wall (anchors are not included) or brick wall, but cannot be used on drywall.
Second, please check the weight of your TV, it must be less than 165lbs/75KG.
Third, please make sure that the distance of the mounting holes (VESA Holes) on the back of your TV is less than 31.5'' (800mm)horizontally and 23.6''(600mm)vertically.
Finally, please check possible blocked cable/input.
Note:Provided anchors MUST NOT be used for wood stud installation. They can ONLY be used for concrete and brick wall installation.
