We have been engaged in the home textile industry for almost 7 years, so we are very confident to provide you the quality and perfect bedding. If it's not the quality problem caused return,customers need to pay the shipping,and please file your return request ASAP after you signed the parcel, more sooner, more better, thanks :) And you need to confirm the product condition is 100% new (no washed, no used,no ironed and fold them very well in the original Queen's House logo packaging as we sent you), and please keep the packaging include the completely bedding set, the logo tags and the logo gifts.
