Instructions for use (Slicer):
- Simply cut open the avocado into a half with the serrated blade in one circular motion.
- Then twist the two halves to open.
- Use the fan blade to scoop the avocado while simultaneously slicing it.
- Scoop the pit out with the serrated blade and slice the other side with the fan blade as well.
Instructions for use (Saver):
- Leave the pit in to save the avocado in the saver.
- Squeeze generous amounts of lemon on the exposed part of the avocado as well as the pit.
- Place the avocado face down into the saver with the skin exposed.
***The avocado will remain fresh without any discoloration for 24 hours. There will be slight discoloration if stored for 1 week, but this will not affect the taste. Simply cut off the discolored parts when ready to consume. ***
