Member's Mark Commercial Sanitizer is a no-rinse sanitizer formula that can be used on washable, hard, nonporous surfaces like dishes, glassware, eating utensils, kitchen equipment, counters, tables and chairs. This product is suitable for USDA-inspected food processing facilities and federally inspected meat and poultry facilities. It is an effective sanitizer at 200 parts-per-million (ppm) active quat for use on food contact surfaces in 500 ppm hard water against: Campylobacter jejuni, Escherichia coli [E-coli], Esherichia coli 0157:H7, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella enterica, Shigella sonneii, Staphylococcus aureus-Methicillin-Resistant [MRSA], Yersinia enterocolitica.
