How to adjust the wristband?
Press button "A" to start Top Watch Seconds (60 seconds is the same as when the stopwatch moves a grid in minutes). Press again then stop
After the stopwatch stops, press the "B" button to reset the stopwatch seconds and stopwatch minutes.
Place the crown on the first option and turn the crown clockwise to adjust the calendar.
Place the crown on the second option and turn the crown to adjust the time.
Time has changed in the past 24 hours
After setting the time, return the crown to its original position.
