This bracket eliminates the sagging glove box found on most Z3's. Bracket installs behind top of glove box and helps to keep the upper portion straight. Requires removal of glove box, which is an easy task that anyone can do. Your factory screws are re-used. ***** Installation Instruction: 1. Remove the sagged glove box stock plate catch (BMW part 51458397597), this will be re-used and reinforced by our plate, save all screws and clips for later. 2. Place our einforcement plate on top of original plate aligning the holes and clip two plates together with original clips that you removed. 3. Install this bracket in glove box and screw securely with original screws. 4.
